Mental Wellness and Substance Use Services
What: Provides a variety of free counselling, mental health nursing and support worker services to children, youth and families and adults. Services may include:
Rapid Access Counselling (within 24-72 hours of referral);
individual counselling;
group counselling;
drop in wellness groups;
support in accessing treatment options and withdrawal management services;
outreach services;
harm reduction support and training; and
community support and education.
